I am a boundary-spanning researcher and consultant working at the intersection of social innovation and systems change.

My practice centers on translating visionary ideas into coordinated action — bridging disciplines, sectors, and geographies to support coalitions as they take root and flourish. This work is concerned with how power is distributed within collective efforts and focuses on designing structures & processes that mediate which perspectives are included and how decisions are made.

Alongside this, I research how positionality conditions institutional change — with a particular focus on how privileged insiders leverage their embeddedness to transform systems from within.
