I am a boundary-spanning researcher and consultant working at the intersection of social innovation and systems change.
My work centers on cultivating coherence, alignment, and collective action across complex systems. I do this by surfacing and strengthening the relational structures that connect efforts spanning disciplines, sectors, and geographies. This practice attends to considerations of power and participation, focusing on the structures and processes that determine whose perspectives influence priorities and how decisions are made.
Alongside this, I research how positionality conditions institutional change — with a particular focus on how privileged insiders leverage their embeddedness to transform systems from within.
